We love playing with heat in unexpected ways. For our first collab, we brought Rippah Chili Oil into the kitchen to see what would happen when their bold, slow-built spice met our signature hot honey. The result? A four-part focaccia series that sold out fast and proved Toronto makers hit different when they team up.
Each loaf was built on our house dough, finished with a drizzle of HotBuzz, and layered with flavours that range from fragrant Thai curry to salty-savoury spam and scallion to a rich black garlic jam. Here is what we created together.
