Focaccia Ontario honey, pepperoncini, and a splash of cider vinegar. Sweet hits first. Heat rolls in three beats later. The kind of bottle that disappears from your pantry faster than it has any right to.

Jamaican peppers, red chilies, and jalapenos fermented for weeks. Blended with carrot, ginger, garlic, and fresh herbs. Sharp, funky, and doing way more than hot sauce usually bothers with. Put it on everything. We're not kidding.
